At Centro Especializado en Cirugía Plástica Martínez S.A.C. (RUC 20613048830, Calle Tutumo 194, Santiago de Surco) we take care of your personal data the way we take care of our patients.
1. What information we collect
- Consultation form data: name, phone/WhatsApp, optional email, procedure of interest and free-text message.
- Automatic data: IP, approximate location (country/city), device, pages visited, and UTM parameters of the campaign that brought you here.
- Cookies: technical, analytics and advertising (see Cookie Policy).
2. What we use it for
- To contact you exclusively about the procedure you requested.
- Schedule and confirm your evaluation with Dr. María del Carmen Martínez.
- Improve the browsing experience and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Meet legal obligations (medical records, Complaints Book, invoicing).
3. What we DO NOT do
- We do not sell your information to third parties.
- We do not share it with outside advertisers without your consent.
- We do not use it to send you advertising for products unrelated to our clinic.
4. Your rights (Law 29733, Peru)
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to clinicaplasticamartinez@gmail.com. We respond within 10 business days at most.
5. Retention period
Lead data is kept for the duration of the consultation relationship + 2 years for medical follow-up. Medical record data is kept in accordance with Peruvian MINSA regulations (minimum 10 years).
6. Security
We use TLS encryption, token-based access control and periodic backups. Only authorized medical and administrative staff can access your data.
