Augmentation with hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is an excellent product for adding volume, defining the lip border, and contouring the philtrum and Cupid's bow. Although it's reabsorbable, it gives a natural, harmonious result with no lumps, deformities or migration when applied by a specialist. We always apply it with the patient awake, so she can see the result at each step and decide on the final volume she wants.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, with no hospital stay, and recovery takes about one week. Once integrated, the implant is undetectable to the touch and moves naturally with facial expressions.

The process, step by step

2. Preparation — We apply local anesthesia with a nerve block so the procedure is painless.
3. Procedure — Between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the technique, with the patient awake and taking part in deciding the result.
4. Aftercare — Cold compresses for the first 48 hours, soft diet for 3 days. Full result at 7 days.
5. Follow-up — Follow-up visits at 7 and 30 days to ensure the best result.
